Weight Update

I have not posted any weight updates lately. With a 2 year old son at home that has some special needs things are just not going as expected. I am losing weight. I can feel the love handles get smaller. I have been working out every day for about 30 minutes burning an extra 350 calories that way. I hate 3 day weekends as I tend to eat more and I also work out less. Don’t you hate that? You are trying to lose weight and family dinners and BBQs are in your way of reaching your goals. It has been horrible for me. But I have a goal. My brother is getting married in September and by then I need to be in the best shape I have been since I was 19 and had no body fat at all.
I am also building up muscle weight at the same I am losing fat. I just want to be careful which body parts I train because I do not want to look like “The Governator” Arnold Schwarzenegger. I think my arms are almost where I want them. I still need to work the belly (a lot) and the waist. I can run 2.5 miles in 25 minutes. Today I started adding a 1% incline and some extra sprints every 0.5 miles to increase the fat burning. I can tell you – I am tired. Doing the fiber35 diet is nothing compared to this workout program.
