Christmas is upon us. Only a few more days before Santa arrives with all the presents. You might think it is too late to lose some weight before the holidays, but that is far from the truth. There are several things you can do to lose weight fast. Keep in mind this is not something long-term unless you also adapt a healthier lifestyle or exercise more regularly, but it might be that jumpstart you need.
My sister started a new approach just the week before Thanksgiving.
